2008년 여름, 나는 즉흥춤을 추는 사람들을 만났다. 그들은 학교에서 열리는 즉흥춤 공연을 준비하고 있었고 그런 그들의 이색적인 모습을 찍기 위해 다가갔던 나와 나의 카메라는 시간이 지나면서 즉흥춤의 본질을 체감하면서 나도 모르게 즉흥춤으로 빨려 들어갔다. 그들과 나의 카메라, 그리고 그들의 공연연습 가운데서 벌어졌던 모든 일들은 누구도 예상하지 못했던 즉흥적이고 다소 낯설지도 모르는 또 다른 이름의 즉흥춤이였다.
In summer 2008, I met people who were dancing improvising. At that time, they were preparing the dance performance that would soon be held at their University, and I tried to get near to them who was dancing eager, and I really wanted to shoot a movie with them. But as time went by, both I and my camera were getting more and more addicted their improvisation dance when they showed me the essence of improvisation dance. They, my camera, and all of things happened on practice for the dance performance coming might be called 'Improvisation Dance' from a little bit different meaning.
